Ryan Prosser
Owner and Operator

Ryan Prosser has been involved in the construction industry for the last 12 years, during which he has had the opportunity to work on projects large and small. As a construction manager for some of the top builders in the country, including Centex and Ryland Homes, he has managed entire neighborhood development projects and won multiple company awards. With Lennar Construction (Lundgren Brothers), he had the opportunity to build multi-million dollar home construction projects and started several neighborhoods from scratch. Most recently, he was hired by a Twin Cities developer to be the competent license holder for the company, running all aspects of construction – from designing the homes, to estimation, to homeowner walks following the sale of the home.

Ryan developed his passion for construction and honed his carpentry skills while working for RV Construction, alongside some of the best carpenters in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Ryan has a keen eye for detail and a driving desire to see that a job is done correctly. He is excited to be directly involved with the details of your project, and looks forward to the opportunity to help you make your construction project a success.
